Bringing Your Pet to Our Park

Pet-Friendly Accommodations

We welcome pets in selected Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum accommodations. A small fee of £25 per pet for short breaks or £40 per pet per week applies, with a maximum of two pets per booking. Registered assistance dogs are accepted free of charge, subject to availability in suitable accommodations. To arrange this, please get in touch with our Reservations Team at 0343 178 7070.

Pet Guidelines

• Identification: Dogs must wear a collar and identity tag.
• Leash Requirement: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in accommodations.
• Restricted Areas: Pets are prohibited in certain park buildings and all pool areas.

If a dog becomes a nuisance, we reserve the right to ask the owner to remove the dog from the park.

Prohibited Breeds

The following breeds are not allowed in our parks due to the Dangerous Dogs Act:

• Pit Bull Terrier
• Dogo Argentino
• Fila Brasileiro
• Japanese Tosa
• XL Bully

Other pets may be allowed at the discretion of the Park General Manager.
